AFCCO hires engineers, supervisors, operators and tradespeople for projects across Pakistan’s oil and gas fields — and for the office teams that plan, price and support them.
Most of what AFCCO builds happens far from a head office, on a schedule someone is waiting on. That suits people who want responsibility early and can be trusted to make decisions in front of the work rather than behind a desk.
The company has been operating since 1994, which means new engineers learn from supervisors who have run these sites for years. Training is practical, safety is taken seriously rather than announced, and the equipment is owned by the company so crews are not improvising with whatever the hire market provided.
