Home/AFCCO Services
Well site preparation, access roads, foundations, mechanical works and buildings — executed in live field conditions for E&P operators, public-sector institutions and industrial clients across Pakistan.
AFCCO Services delivers pre-drilling construction for E&P operators and civil works for government and semi-government clients. It is the field arm of the company — the teams, plant and supervision that turn an approved drawing into finished work on a site that is often hundreds of kilometres from the nearest supplier.
The division handles the full civil and mechanical scope an operator needs around a well or a facility: clearing and levelling the location, building the road to reach it, casting the foundations the rig sits on, running the piping, and putting up the buildings that stay behind after the rig moves. Work is executed to client specifications under an ISO 9001 quality system, with HSE controls applied from mobilisation through to demobilisation.
Because sites are remote, crews mobilise self-sufficient — accommodation, plant, fuel, materials and a site office — and report daily against an agreed programme.

Each of these can be taken as a standalone package or combined into a single field contract.
Complete location build-up for drilling and workover programmes: clearing, cut and fill, levelling, compaction to specified density, and the pits, cellars and drainage a rig needs before it arrives.
Earthworks and road construction that make a block workable — from bush tracks to all-weather approach roads capable of carrying rig moves and heavy equipment through the season.
Designed and constructed foundations for drilling rigs, wellheads, tanks, skids and rotating equipment, with reinforcement, formwork and concrete controlled by an inspection and test plan.
Field piping and mechanical installation around production facilities, flowlines and plant, including fabrication, welding to qualified procedures, testing and pre-commissioning support.
Fabricated steelwork for facility and plant applications — platforms, walkways, pipe racks, shelters and technical structures, produced to drawing and erected on site.
Complete buildings for field and institutional clients: control rooms, base stores, warehouses, offices, accommodation and the public-sector projects the company undertakes outside the fields.
The services that make a location function: electrical distribution, water supply, drainage, fencing, security posts and hardstanding areas around facilities and camps.
Ongoing civil and mechanical support that keeps facilities running — planned maintenance, shutdown support, repairs and call-off crews stationed near the client’s operations.
Field productivity depends on not waiting for hired equipment. AFCCO maintains its own fleet and yard.
Excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, rollers and tippers for location and road work.
Batching plant support, transit mixers, pumps, vibrators and formwork systems.
Mobile cranes, forklifts and telehandlers with certified operators and third-party inspection.
Welding sets, cutting equipment, pipe-handling tools and a yard workshop at Daharki.
Mobile offices, accommodation units, generators, water bowsers and fuel storage.
Site engineers, QA/QC, HSE officers, surveyors, foremen, welders, operators and skilled labour.
If your question is not covered here, the CE office will answer it directly.
Yes. AFCCO holds the Pakistan Engineering Council CA No Limit category, reached in 2022, which carries no contract-value ceiling. SECP incorporation, an active NTN and triple ISO certification are all available for prequalification files.
AFCCO works across Pakistan, with the heaviest concentration in the Sindh fields around Daharki and Ghotki, and in the Punjab and KP blocks including Attock, Fateh Jang and Ratana. The company maintains a field yard at Daharki Bypass on the National Highway, District Ghotki, to shorten mobilisation into the southern fields.
It depends on scope and location, but because plant and crews are owned rather than hired, mobilisation for typical well site and road packages is measured in days rather than weeks. Timelines are confirmed in writing with the proposal.
Yes. AFCCO delivers buildings and infrastructure for government and semi-government clients — including regional office buildings, high-rise and multi-storey construction, sports infrastructure and development authority projects — using the same field teams and management system.
Every contract closes with as-built drawings, the QA dossier including test results and inspection records, HSE statistics, warranty and defect liability details, and any client-specific closeout format required.
Send the drawings, BOQ or a description of the location and AFCCO will respond with an approach, a programme and a proposal.
